UNITY RE’S PAID UP CAPITAL INCREASED TO 500 MLN RUR

At September 14, 2010 the paid-up capital of Unity Re was raised to 500 million RUR. The increase was carried out within the framework of the strategic decision adopted by Unity Re’s shareholders in July 2010. It became it’s the first stage towards the further capital increase targeted for 2010- 2011 and was implemented via the capitalization of actual retained earnings of the company.
